Apartment Maintenance Technician

AIR Communities is hiring a Maintenance Technician to work onsite at our apartment community in Moreno Valley, CA. The role involves providing excellent service to residents, completing basic apartment turns, and troubleshooting and repairing various equipment and appliances.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in some form of facilities or building environment
• Proficient skills in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks, and on-call shifts
