We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to work onsite at our apartment community in Moreno Valley, CA. The role involves providing excellent service to residents, completing apartment turns, and performing routine maintenance and repairs.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience
- Proficient skills in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks (depending on community needs and seasonality), and on-call shifts (at least one week a month)
