Maintenance Technician - 50% Rent Discount

AIR Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team at Flats 8300 Apartment homes in Bethesda, MD. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to residents, assist with resident requested repairs, and perform routine maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in facilities or building environment
• Proficient skills in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
• Comfort with physical activity and ability to move heavy equipment and machinery
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
