Maintenance Technician - 50% Rent Discount

AIR Communities owns and operates best-in-class apartment communities in major markets across the country. Our Maintenance Technicians help as many residents as possible each day, providing world-class customer service and using industry leading technology to assist with tasks and resolve issues.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in some form of facilities or building environment
• Proficient skills in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks (depending on community needs and seasonality), and on-call shifts (at least one week a month)
