AIR Communities is seeking a motivated Training Content Developer to support training initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, communication, and technology, with the ability to create innovative and engaging training content. The role requires a high level of organization, planning, and flexibility, with the ability to work collaboratively across the organization to achieve goals.
Requirements
- Partner with field operations team and business leaders to curate, design, develop, modify, and implement new and existing training programs
- Support the design and delivery of training content for in-person seminars, instructor-led virtual training, and on-demand training
- Translate operational processes, policies, and best practices into clear, practical learning materials
- Develop an understanding of AIR Communities business model and key objectives
- Films and edits engaging videos for use in training and other initiatives
