Engineering Manager

Role Overview

This role is responsible for providing direct leadership to a team of engineers engaged in designing and developing engineering solutions. The role manages headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs for multiple ongoing projects for Ink Supplies Business, and ensures effective resource allocation and alignment with program and organizational roadmaps.

What You Will Do

Leads Ink Supplies packaging and process strategy globally, driving efficiencies, cost savings and enhanced customer experience. Provides direct and ongoing leadership for a team of individual contributors designing and developing engineering solutions and coordinating projects.

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Engineering, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
• Typically has 7-10 years of job-related experience or 2-3 years of management experience, preferably in engineering design and solutions
• Experience working in multinational environments and managing global team is highly desirable
