Operator Team Lead

As an Operator Team Lead at Air Liquide, you will be responsible for leading a team of operators in the manufacture and distribution of industrial gases. Your key responsibilities will include: operating and maintaining the high-pressure gas production facilities, ensuring the quality and reliability of the gas products, improving the efficiency of the manufacturing process, and supporting the safety management of the facility.

Requirements

• High school, technical college or university degree
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Knowledge of safety management, quality management and equipment management
• Ability to work in a team and to communicate effectively
• Ability to work in a shift-based environment, including nights
