Senior Business Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Developer to accelerate our growth within the aerospace sector. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in business development within aerospace, defense, or high-tech manufacturing and a proven track record in securing high-value contracts and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Business, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in business development within aerospace, defense, or high-tech manufacturing
• Proven track record in securing high-value contracts and strategic partnerships
• Strong understanding of aerospace supply chains, certification environments (e.g., AS9100), and industry standards
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a strong advantage)
• Willingness to travel internationally
