
Job description
The Quality Performance Manager oversees the implementation and continuous improvement of the quality system to ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards and regulation. They lead a team to monitor performance metrics and looks for ways to improve them. This role partners closely with engineering, production, and customer to foster a culture of quality excellence across the organization.
Analyze quality performance metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for proactive improvement. Implement lean initiatives and drive continuous improvement projects to reduce non-conformance and boost productivity and capability.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in root cause analysis. They will have a proven track record of driving quality improvements and sustaining compliance in a high-reliability manufacturing environment.
