Plant Operator

We are looking for a Plant Operator in Charlotte, NC to join our team at Airgas. As a Plant Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our production facility, including the filling of cylinders, to support excellent quality standards. Requirements

• Applicants should be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in plant operations, industrial maintenance, or a related field is preferred
• Technical certification in industrial operations is a plus
• Industrial Gas Experience
• Excellent attention to detail and thoughtful organizational skills
• A shared commitment to safety and following the protocols that keep our whole team secure
• Comfort with operating a forklift safely and efficiently
• Flexibility to work shifts and occasional extra hours when needed to support your teammates
