Operations Agent - Export

Role Overview

The Operations Agent – Export is responsible for coordinating daily export shipments of international freight within and outside the EU, via all international transportation modes, based on customer requests. This person delivers specific expertise in international air freight operations.

What You Will Do

Working with customers to establish their shipping requirements, preparing quotes, communicating shipping schedules, and coordinating daily export shipments.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent
• Good command of English and Dutch (minimum B2 level required)
• At least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, specifically in air freight
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Problem-solving ability
• Strong computer knowledge (Windows, Microsoft Office)
• Experience with CargoWise is an advantage
• Knowledge/experience with ITAR, Dangerous Goods, or TSA regulations
