Senior Product Manager, Conversational AI

Verbex is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Conversational AI to own and evolve the product roadmap, lead the end-to-end development of voice and conversational AI products, and collaborate with technical teams to optimize product performance and compliance. This role requires a strong background in AI/ML, B2B SaaS platforms, and leadership experience.

Requirements

• 6+ years in product management
• 2+ years in a senior or leadership role
• Proven track record in AI/ML-based products, voice AI, or NLP
• Experience in building B2B SaaS platforms, especially in voice tech (telephony, VoIP, SIP, ASR, TTS)
• Strong understanding of AI/ML workflows, model tuning, data infrastructure, and LLM behaviors
• Excellent stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership, and communication skills
• Passion for responsible AI, fairness, accessibility, and user empathy in product design
