Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- 3+ years in Supplier Quality Management, ideally within high-tech electronics, systems assembly, or automotive industries.
- Expert ability to interpret complex technical drawings, specifications, and schematics.
- Deep understanding of ISO 9001 (mandatory)
- Mastery of core quality tools: APQP, PPAP, 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, and FMEA.
- Intermediate+ English (fluent professional correspondence and negotiation). Chinese (Mandarin) is a significant 'nice-to-have' for direct communication with Asian manufacturers.
