
Job description
The HR Assistant will provide support services for government contractor companies providing medical services. The role will involve administrative tasks and services to support the effective and efficient operations of the organization's human resource department.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation. Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees. Performs periodic audits of HR files and records.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and excellent organizational skills. Prior related office experience and 1 year of HR experience are preferred.
