• Has 4-5 years of experience in financial regulation and/or securities law;
• Thinks independently and advises clients clearly and thoughtfully;

• Is open, approachable, and clear in communication;
• Finds it enjoyable to be intellectually challenged and to involve others in this;
• Wants to continue developing and invests in the growth of colleagues;
• Speaks and writes excellent Dutch and English.
