Senior Specialist Compensation & Benefits

We are looking for a Senior Specialist Compensation & Benefits to work in our People department. As a Compensation & Benefits specialist, you will work on various projects that ensure our employees want to work for us.

Requirements

• At least HBO work and thinking level
• At least 5 years of work experience as an HR professional / Compensation & Benefits
• Analytically strong and able to work with numbers and complex data for reporting, analysis and benchmarks
• Fluent Dutch and English
