SAP SuccessFactors Core HR (Employee Central) Functional Consultant - Israel based

Akt is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Core HR (Employee Central) Functional Consultant to work with a multinational client in Israel. The role involves implementing, developing, and configuring the SAP SuccessFactors module for customer projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring deliverables meet specifications. This is a client-facing hybrid position.

Requirements

• Ability to work directly with customers and managing their requirements
• Extensive experience in HR Information Technologies (HRIS / HRIT)
• Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Core HR or SAP HR
• Professional presentation and communication skills
• Good knowledge of HCM concepts and HR processes
• Experience working in global companies (an advantage)
• Language skills in Hebrew and English (both written and oral)
