SAP SuccessFactors Talent Modules Solution Lead - DACH based

Lead the implementation of SuccessFactors Talent modules, develop configuration solutions, and provide technical guidance to other consultants. Travel to customer workplaces and manage customer requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors
• Minimum 3 years of experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Talent modules
• Certified in SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Experience working directly with customers and managing their requirements
• Professional presentation and communication skills (both written and oral)
• Good knowledge of HCM concepts
• Experience working in global companies - an advantage
• Language skills: English and German (business fluent). Other languages – an advantage
