Lead the implementation of SuccessFactors Talent modules, develop configuration solutions, and provide technical guidance to other consultants. Travel to customer workplaces and manage customer requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors
- Minimum 3 years of experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Talent modules
- Certified in SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Experience working directly with customers and managing their requirements
- Professional presentation and communication skills (both written and oral)
- Good knowledge of HCM concepts
- Experience working in global companies - an advantage
- Language skills: English and German (business fluent). Other languages – an advantage
