Requirements
- Execute assigned jobs according to established work standards, specifications, and required time.
- Observe professional decorum and hospitality with the customer and with co-employees.
- Secure minimum 80% approval from the estimated number of vehicles.
- Collect all necessary and reliable information from the customer to support evaluation and assessment on damaged vehicles.
- Provide estimates of required repairs to customers and negotiate repair charges.
- Achieve monthly financial targets set for labor hours, parts, and other sales.
- Manage and monitor work in progress to ensure timely delivery of the vehicle to the customer and remind customers about the next service due.
- Work extended hours as required by business operations, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
