Requirements
- Achieve monthly unit sales targets across new and used vehicles
- Deliver targets on Finance & Insurance (F&I) products, extended warranties, accessories, and trade-in conversions
- Manage walk-in, telephone, and digital enquiries within defined response time standards
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of vehicle specifications, pricing, features, and current marketing campaigns
- Ensure full compliance with OEM standards, regulatory requirements, and internal sales processes
