Assistant Nurse Manager Med-Surg Float Pool 40hrs/week Evening/Night

The Assistant Nurse Manager performs coordination, planning, administrative management, financial and operational duties in collaboration with other departments to deliver patient care. They mentor caregivers, facilitate patient access and communication, and contribute to goal setting for patient care areas.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Nursing and Bachelor's degree in Nursing Administration or related field
• RN license in the state of New York
• 3 years of experience in a leadership role
• Demonstrated expertise in patient care and leadership
