Needle Loom Operator | Rotations (4-day Work Week)

We are seeking a Needle Loom Operator to join our team at Albarrie Canada Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of needle loom functions, including transporting raw materials, setting up looms, and operating looms to needle punch fiber into textile fabrics or products. This is a full-time permanent position with a 4-week rotational schedule, Monday to Thursday, 7:00am to 5:00pm or 5:00pm to 3:00am.

Requirements

• Completion of Ontario Secondary School Diploma (or equivalent if studied from a different Country or Province)
• 0-3 months experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work independently as well as cohesively with employees and managers as part of a team
• Problem solving skills in order to resolve conflicts and problems
• Accuracy skills required when programming needle boards
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines
• Health and Safety aware to minimize risk of injury from equipment
