The Ministry of Advanced Education is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide support in the Assistant Deputy Minister’s Office (ADMO). The successful candidate will coordinate and manage the day-to-day administrative operations, manage the ADM’s schedule, and provide executive-level administrative and HR support.
Requirements
- Previous experience providing support to C-suite executives in a large/complex organization
- Proven ability to excel in fast paced environments, managing competing deadlines and balancing the heavy workload demands of senior business executives
- Skilled in routing, reviewing, and organizing high volumes of briefing notes and action requests
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong background in records management, maintaining accuracy, compliance, and accessibility
