Job description
We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and innovative Scrum Master to support program delivery and drive Agile excellence. The role involves working closely with program teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional units to manage, maintain, and optimize project execution and service delivery.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage and maintain project execution and service delivery, track and share Agile metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, proven experience driving Agile transformation and adoption, and certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP.
