Workshop Manager

Role Overview

As our Workshop Manager at Harlow, you’ll lead the smooth, safe and efficient running of our workshop operation, coordinating teams to maintain high labour efficiency, deliver quality repairs, and meet customer expectations.

What You Will Do

You’ll work closely with Parts, Sales Engineers and Commercial teams to ensure jobs are completed on time, while maintaining excellent communication with customers and upholding high standards of safety, housekeeping and compliance.
