The Alternance - Apprentice Business Analyst position at Alexion is an opportunity to contribute to the company's global biopharmaceutical efforts. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Excel (VBA) and SQL, as well as strong communication and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Contribute to the pilotage SFE, daily administration of CRM Salesforce, performance reporting, and Power BI deployment
- Develop innovative Business Intelligence (BI) methodologies to improve sales efficiency
- Propose and create evolving dashboards with the organization and product launches
- Follow and update sales reports for the sales force
- Follow and update the sales force activity management on the France/BELUX subsidiary with analysis of discrepancies and recommendations
- Develop innovative BI capabilities (mobile dashboards, AI,...)
- Provide ad hoc analyses with added value to Alexion Business Unit actors
- Highlight trends and discrepancies in operational performance and provide recommendations
- Support the segmentation and targeting of clients process
- Support the deployment of the CRM salesforce.com and BI Power BI system
- Administer CRM: user management, object and field creation/maintenance, validation rules, user support (N1/N2), ticket tracking, and UAT during releases
