Project Manager

The Project Manager role is responsible for executing capital equipment projects on time and on budget with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The position involves managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers to achieve project expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering or management, preferably with an engineering background
• Experience with capital equipment in the wastewater treatment industry is highly preferred
• Experience within an OEM organization
• Proficient in MS-Office 365
• Strong technical, analytical, and commercial skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to quality service and team collaboration for customer satisfaction
• Leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
• Proven problem-solving abilities
• Articulate, persuasive, and self-confident with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to coordinate activities across departments and make data-driven decisions
• Self-directed and decisive
• Effective application of engineering concepts to support sales and customers
