Electrical Supervisor - Mining

Alfabs Mining is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead workshop teams, mentor trades and apprentices, and ensure job completion. The successful candidate will have a trade qualification, experience in managing people and workshop teams, and a strong ability to drive outcomes through leadership and problem solving.

Requirements

• Relevant Trade Qualification
• Current Driver’s Licence
• Forklift Ticket
• AS3800 Responsible Person Competency
• Qualified NSW Supervisor’s Licence
• Minimum 3 years in a similar industrial environment
• Experience managing people and workshop teams
• Proven leadership supervising multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong ability to drive outcomes through leadership and problem solving
• Experience in repair and overhaul of underground mining machinery
• Demonstrated experience in supervisory or leadership roles
