Customer Success Engineer

We're looking for a Customer Success Engineer to ensure our customers adopt, implement, and scale our search and discovery platform successfully. You'll partner closely with customers to deliver high-quality technical onboarding, solution design, best-practice guidance, and hands-on implementation support.

Requirements

• Functional knowledge of at least one programming language
• Experience with REST API, database management, and web development technologies
• Experience delivering technical workshops of various nature
• Strong desire to help people solve problems with the ability to explain complex technical concepts
• Proficiency in communicating complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellence in time management, task prioritization, and evaluation of situational urgency
