AMS Workday Senior Consultant (Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking) - Virtual

Requirements

• 5 plus years previous experience implementing and/or configuring Workday Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking.
• Prior experience may include PeopleSoft, SAP, ADP, Oracle E-Business, Ultipro or other SaaS software solutions. However, Workday deployment and/or post-production experience required.
• Previous consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software organization is preferred.
• Strong facilitation/presentation skills.
• Experience in transforming business requirements into complex system configurations.
• Ability to be effectively and actively engaged on multiple, parallel projects.
• Time management and organizational skills are required for success.
• Demonstrates ability to prioritize conflicting demands with little supervision.
• Demonstrates strong work ethics, setting an example for others.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Proficient to advanced MS Excel Skills to be used to transform data (advanced formulas).
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Workday Payroll, Absence or Time Tracking certification required. Certification in multiple functional areas is a plus.
