Senior Software Engineer, Backend will be an integral member of our engineering team, responsible for developing, scaling, and maintaining high-availability microservices that process millions of critical heart health measurements.
Requirements
- Scalable Architecture: Build, scale, and maintain robust, high-concurrency microservices utilizing GoLang, Java, Python, PostgreSQL, and AWS infrastructure.
- Cross-Functional Integration: Partner closely with mobile, front-end, product, and design teams to rapidly prototype, iterate, and launch consumer- and clinician-facing applications.
- Internal Tooling & R&D: Create, optimize, and maintain internal tools used for customer service, real-time system monitoring, and machine learning/R&D data pipelines.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Leverage Docker and Kubernetes to continuously monitor, containerize, and optimize backend infrastructure, preemptively resolving technical limitations and system bottlenecks.
- CI/CD Integration: Own and automate build processes and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to maintain zero-downtime release velocities.
- AI Enhanced Responsibilities: Familiarity to with Gen-AI tools, Reduce manual code writing to 10% and improve delivery turn around time by 70-80%.
