Requirements

• Personality with strong analytical, entrepreneurial, problem-solving, and implementation-oriented thinking
• Over 3 years of professional experience in a top management consulting / private equity firm or in the automotive or industrial goods industry
• Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work in interdisciplinary, international teams
• Proven success in leading implementation-oriented solutions in multiple work streams
• Good understanding of financial management as well as modeling skills in combination with a deep understanding of management key figures
• Very good academic record; Master, Diplom, Promotion or comparable degree from a leading university
