Requirements
- Must be licensed where the HHA is located if licensure is required
- Must have graduated from an OT program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
- Must be eligible for or have taken the OT certification examination administered by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Two years of clinical experience as an occupational therapist
- Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills
- Possesses and maintains current CPR Certification
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state or organization requirements and is in good working order
