Job Description
AEI Consultants is seeking Independent Consultants to support their Building Assessment division. Consultants will perform Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) for commercial properties such as multifamily residential, office, and other building types. The position involves managing schedules and workloads, and maintaining autonomy over work. AEI emphasizes employee ownership and stability.
Requirements
- Three years of experience completing PCAs in accordance with ASTM standards
- Understanding of client needs in transactional due diligence
- Knowledge of building and site systems
- Advanced technical writing skills
- Familiarity with architectural and construction management
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Strong communication and presentation skills
