Job Description
The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for pursuing new business, developing and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales goals. The ideal candidate will have previous business development experience in commercial real estate or due diligence industries, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Previous business development experience within the commercial real estate or due diligence industries
- Strong leadership skills and thorough working knowledge of business markets
- Sells profitable work and develops positive collaborative relations with technical staff
- Manages a minimum of $1 million in annual revenue
- Maintains an annual book of business with developers, property owners, and/or government entities
