We are seeking a high-energy, organized, and clinically savvy Case Manager to join our inpatient team. This is a fast-paced role specifically designed for a professional who thrives in a hospital or residential clinical setting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience specifically within an inpatient detox or residential treatment facility
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field preferred
• Proven ability to provide "on-the-spot" crisis intervention and problem-solving
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive family dynamics and difficult client behaviors with empathy and professionalism
• Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) and high attention to detail regarding client files and personal property inventory
