Sales Coordinator

Sales Coordinator responsible for demonstrating a professional customer service-oriented attitude and exhibiting a friendly demeanor as the first line of contact with customers. Ideal candidate has receptionist and cashier experience.

Requirements

• Answer several busy, high-volume incoming calls
• Greet internal and external customers
• Review and stamp outgoing mail
• Stuff and mail monthly invoices
• Support sales staff with titling
• Order supplies for postage machine
• Process Fedex overnight packages
• Collect payments (cash and/or credit)
• Filing, Creating LPOs, and general clerical duties
