2nd shift Manufacturing Production Supervisor

Role Overview

The Manufacturing Supervisor will be responsible for supervising 25+ employees and leading daily production operations and coordination activities of work teams. This role will work closely with other Supervisors and Managers to provide resources, on-going work direction, decision making and problem solving to ensure the safe delivery of a quality product on time to the customer.

What You Will Do

Facilitates total team performance, executes the daily production schedule, and assures quality checks and audits are performed by operators. Leads safety program, employee job training, and employee performance. Promotes employee development through effective verbal and written communications, cross-training skills, and appropriate use of teams.

Why It Might Be a Fit

2+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment, Bachelor's degree preferred, team leader experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, knowledge of operations, processes, equipment, and products, and understanding of Lean Principles and Six Sigma application and usage.
