Manufacturing Process Engineer

Manufacturing Process Engineer responsible for tactical and strategic management of all engineering activities related to assigned production team, driving continuous improvement in systems and processes, and ensuring a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Manage effective prioritization and resourcing for completion of projects and problem-solving efforts
• Drive continuous improvement in all systems and processes through the use of a problem-solving process
• Provide opportunities for personal and team growth and development
• Partner with other functions to create a successful work environment
• Function, coach, and create necessities for a safe work environment
• Provide engineering support to assigned cells
• Define, specify, and communicate expectations for quality outcomes
• Assess risks/issues and make decisions with a sense of urgency
• Use formal problem-solving techniques to identify and resolve complex problems
• Manage multiple projects/assignments simultaneously
• Demonstrate knowledge of mechanical manufacturing and lean manufacturing
