Quality Engineer - Weekend Shift

Allen Control Systems is a cutting-edge defense startup seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to support inspection, testing, and quality analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience in inspection test equipment, root cause analysis, and statistical analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality inspection, preferably with machined or metal components in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with inspection tools and reading technical documents
• Proficiency in quality standards and workflow including NCR's, MRB's, RCA, and CAR's
• Proficiency in CMM programming and operation, as well as reading and interpreting complex technical drawings and GD&T standards
• Basic knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001 or AS9100
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced inspection lab and manufacturing setting
