We are seeking a Legal Counsel to support the development of open AI artifacts and technologies. The successful candidate will be able to work in a dynamic environment, navigate novel and complex legal issues, and build relationships across the organization.
Requirements
- JD degree
- Licensed to practice law in Washington State
- 6+ years of technology transactions experience
- Experience with copyright and IP licensing
- Experience with data governance and privacy laws
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Self-starter with start-up mentality
- Ability to work with ambiguity and adjust to new strategies
- Prior experience in AI or product counseling
- Experience and/or interest in project management
