Employment Specialist

As an Employment Specialist, you will support individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges in achieving meaningful employment and long-term stability. You will partner with consumers, employers, mental health professionals, families, and community partners to champion employment as a key factor in mental health recovery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health or human services
• Familiarity with recovery and trauma-informed care
• Ability to use an electronic health record system
