Job Description
Alliance Medical Center is seeking a Chief Medical Officer to integrate health care and elevate patient care in Northern Sonoma County. The CMO will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care, implementing operational efficiencies, managing the medical department, and promoting clinical practice. The role involves ensuring seamless integration of Behavioral Health services.
Requirements
- Licensed Independent Practitioner (Physician, Board Certified - NP)
- 5 years clinical experience in an Outpatient setting
- 3 years Supervisory experience with a team of 5 or more clinical members
- MD/DO, Board Certified, preferred
- FQHC experience, preferred
- Bi-lingual in Spanish, a plus
