As a Security Officer Concierge, you will provide customer service at the front desk, monitor lobby and reception areas, and respond to incidents and critical situations. This role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours with flexibility to earn more by picking-up additional shifts. Provide customer service, monitor lobby and reception areas, greet employees, guests, and vendors, verify identification and/or access credentials, answer questions, manage visitor logs, issue temporary badges or credentials, and communicate with site contacts.
