Role Overview

Allied Universal Security Services is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to oversee the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed services for a single shift at a client's site. The role involves managing staff, scheduling, and on-site training, as well as ensuring contract compliance and quality of service.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include overseeing security personnel, maintaining overtime, ensuring quality of service, and performing other operations and related functions such as payroll and incident reports.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have one year of prior security experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and effective communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred qualifications include college coursework in a related field and prior experience in law enforcement or the military.
