Security Shift Supervisor

Role Overview

The Security Shift Supervisor oversees the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed services for a single shift at an Allied Universal client's site. This role encompasses the management of staffing, scheduling, and on-site training, as well as ensuring contract compliance and quality of service.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include overseeing security personnel, maintaining overtime, ensuring quality of service, and performing other operations and related functions such as payroll and incident reports.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations
• Current driver's license
• Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in a security-related industry
• Able to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
• Effective oral and written interpersonal communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Active listening skills
• Able to assess and evaluate situations effectively
• Able to compile, sort, and interpret data
• Skilled in research, investigation, and in compiling information
• Able to mediate conflict with tact, diplomacy
