Requirements

• 5-10 years of relevant background in commercial underwriting, broking or analytical roles
• Ability to build strong relationships and be visible with brokers and agents
• Comprehensive understanding of Allied World products, capabilities, risk appetite and competitive differentiation
• Broad analytical skills particularly in developing and monitoring performance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English and Cantonese
