Requirements
- 5-10 years of relevant background in commercial underwriting, broking or analytical roles
- Ability to build strong relationships and be visible with brokers and agents
- Ability to identify and assess the needs of brokers and key clients, and turn those needs into successful opportunities and business strategies
- Comprehensive understanding of Allied World products, capabilities, risk appetite and competitive differentiation, and the ability to articulate our products' strengths and our overall strategic direction
- Broad analytical skills particularly in developing and monitoring performance
- Strong strategic business mindset
- Highly collaborative, with demonstrated ability to influence teams and stakeholders
- Mature, motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently with limited resources
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English and Cantonese
