Job Description
As a Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all mechanical equipment within the company's manufacturing facility.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in mechanical maintenance is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical components
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Proficient in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
