AllTrails is seeking a People Systems & Operations Analyst to build infrastructure that supports the employee experience. The role involves owning and improving key People systems and processes, evaluating AI tools, and maintaining compensation structures.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, Compensation, HRIS, or a closely related function
- Strong hands-on experience administering HR systems and managing + optimizing workflows, data quality, system configuration, integrations, and data mapping
- Advanced analytical skills, including strong command of formulas and comfort working with large data sets in complex Google Sheets or Excel models
