Store Manager - Town Center Plaza

The Store Manager is a true business owner for their store, responsible for leading, managing and continuously developing all aspects of their store's business. They will be responsible for consistently achieving sales & profitability goals, operational objectives, merchandising standards and developing a highly successful Sales, Operations, and Visual team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of retail or related industry leadership experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Highly Motivated by driving business in a fast-paced, innovative environment
• Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability
