Quality Assurance Supervisor

Our client is a leading company specialized in electronics who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. The candidate will oversee quality control during production, drive the implementation and maintenance of the SPC framework, and conduct regular process audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM-related discipline, preferably in Mathematics or Statistics
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in PCB manufacturing
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and statistical analysis software such as Minitab
• Solid understanding of SPC principles, IPC standards, and familiarity with IATF-16949 and QC080000 regulatory frameworks
• Knowledgeable in the 7 QC tools and formally trained in Six Sigma methodologies
• Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese proficiency is an added advantage
